SYNOPSIS
Many important events in Ana Maria’s lifehave been disappointing. Will her Quince Años (fifteenth birthday) be any different? Her mother and five siblings are determined that it will be: hoping and struggling to make her Quinceañera a special day, despite a lack of support from her father. Exploring issues of family, faith, and coming of age, “La Quinceañera” is a touching portrait of a Mexican family's love and devotion to each other.
