DIRECTOR'S BIOGRAPHY

JP Chan

J.P. Chan is a self-taught filmmaker and playwright living in Brooklyn. His short films have screened at film festivals around the world. His plays have had productions and readings by Desipina, Ma-Yi, Peeling, Raw Impressions, Queens Theatre in the Park, and Chicago Dramatists. He is a member of the Ma-Yi Writers Lab. He holds a graduate degree in urban planning from NYU and was born in New Jersey to working class immigrant parents.
