SYNOPSIS
Simone lives alone, alone in her house, a house that she never leaves. Her life is dictated by her duty to tend to her beautiful orchid and not much else. Simone has never questioned her purpose... until now. Dealing with themes such as indoctrination, religion and the 'liberation' of women, OH, SIMONE offers an alternative take on some of life's many difficult issues.

DIRECTOR'S NOTE:
Stuart Gatt stopped with a year left of his Finance degree to pursue a career in film. Born and raised in London, Stuart's passion for film developed at a young age though he did not take the idea of making films seriously until he was 24 while studying at the university. He began with a joint venture, sharing writing, directing, and producing responsibilities on a comedy pilot before writing, directing, and producing his first short film OH, SIMONE. Stuart recieved the Gold Award for Best Live Action Short at the Oscar®-recognized Worldfest Houston 2008.
