Most films of the 2nd San Joaquin International Film Festival are very new works and have not been officially rated by the Motion Pictures Association of America (MPAA). For MPAA film ratings information, click here. Parental discretion is advised.

There are no films in SJIFF2 that express unnecessary horror nor profanity and there are no films in SJIFF2 that would incur a rating similar to the MPAA's NC-17.

Most films of SJIFF2 are appropriate for people ages 15 or over.
