FESTIVAL PASS

Festival Pass admits one to all 13 film screenings of the 5th SJIFF.

Festival pass can be picked up beginning at 6:30pm on Opening Night (January 12th) at the Stockton Empire Theatre's box office. (click here for hours) There will be no shows at Stockton Empire Theatre on January 15th, so please proceed directly to Pacific's Janet Leigh Theatre beginning at 12:30pm (on Jan. 15th) if you had not picked up your pass.

BOX OFFICE HOURS

For Stockton Empire Theatre shows, visit the Empire Theatre box office (within the venue, across from the coffeeshop).
• Thursday, January 12th: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
• Friday, January 13th: 3:30pm - 8:30pm
• Saturday, January 14th: 12:00noon - 10:00pm

For Janet Leigh Theatre shows, go directly to the theatre, located in the campus of University of the Pacific across from the President's office. Box office hours are as follow:
• Sunday, January 15th: 12:30pm to 8:00pm

POLICIES FOR ONLINE TICKETS

• All sales are final: No refunds, exchanges or substitutions.

• All credit card transactions and online transactions will incur a minimal service fee that will be shown during check-out.

• Please be advised that rain or shine, and without exception, all ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be made.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-replaceable.

• If lost, stolen or destroyed, Passes and Tickets will not be replaced.

• Tickets may be redeemed at Will-Call upon at designated box office locations (view details), from 30 to 60 minutes before the first show of the day. You must present your photo ID to redeem your ticket. Orders for multiple tickets must be redeemed by the person who placed the order.

• When advance tickets are no longer available, a limited number of rush tickets may be available at the door. Rush tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis depending on how many seats are available after pass holders and advance ticket holders are admitted. Rush tickets are normally sold 10 minutes prior to the screening. Rush Tickets are not discounted. There are no day-of-show discounts.

Passes: Passholders are guaranteed a seat as long as they arrive 20 minutes before showtime. Passes are non-transferable.

• The San Joaquin Film Society reserves the right to refuse admission to, and/or remove from any screening, panel or party, anyone whose actions are deemed troublesome and/or dangerous to other festival attendees, guests, volunteers or staff.

• Discounted tickets for seniors, students, or disabled persons. Most discounted tickets are available only at door.

• Please inquire about group discounts for parties of 10 or more. (Contact Us)
